always includes shipping charges for the U.S. and Canada. Standard sizes oil painting reproductions and oil painting portraits
can be
shipped on stretcher bars or set in a frame upon request up to size 24x36
for U.S. only. Oil
paintings are shipped un-stretched rolled in a tube for all
oil paintings unless agreed otherwise.

Maximum Shipping charges for frame purchase without a painting: Charges for each frame sent to you by USPS or FedEx Ground.

Receiving your package:
When receiving your merchandise, please pay close attention to the packaging. If you notice damage to the carton or suspect damage, open the package immediately, please have the driver take note of the damage and have a signed copy acknowledging damage. If damage is found after the carrier has left, save the carton and all packaging material for a future inspection and call the carrier immediately for the proper procedure to be followed.
RECYCLING POLICY
To help save our forests we reuse and recycle our boxes and packaging material. Your order may be shipped in reused boxes.
Return
Policy:
Our prices are the lowest and your satisfaction is
guaranteed for paintings in stock. Purchases can be return within 5 days
after receipt of payment for a refund
(excluding
Shipping and Handling charges and restocking fee of 25 to 50%)
NO REFUND on custom orders, portrait, reproduction, stretched or framed
paintings. All sales are final, no returns or exchanges for
stretched or framed paintings, frames, bars and tools. Damaged or lost packages: USPS,
FedEx Insurance is offered at an additional fee. We do
not replace product that arises from such damage or loss. Claims
to be filed directly with the shipper.
A return merchandise authorization number is REQUIRED for all returns. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
